We noticed that many emails we receive ask questions, which are already answered in our FAQ-List.

If you use Windows Vista or newer Windows versions, Spybot-S&D might tell you that you are not authorized to perform some actions, since they require Administrator rights. Please read this FAQ entry for a solution of this problem.

Make also sure that you are running the latest version of Spybot – Search & Destroy including the latest updates.

Please write your requests in English as our support team only speaks this language fluently. We have to rely on machine based translations for all other languages.
