To fix this issue, please go to:
Start Center > Settings (tick “Advanced User Mode” if you do not see “Settings”) > System Integration
In System Integration, please click the “Uninstall” button next to Windows Explorer Integration.
Click “Apply” and “OK”, and restart Spybot.
