This detection was added in Anti-Beacon 6.7.
Anti-Beacon treats this as telemetry because handwriting error reporting can submit corrected handwriting information through Windows Error Reporting. Microsoft documents the relevant policy as “Turn off handwriting recognition error reporting” and says that when it is enabled, “corrected handwriting samples will never be sent to Microsoft” (Microsoft Learn: Windows Error Reporting and Internet Communication).
Anti-Beacon disables handwriting recognition error reports so corrected handwriting samples are not submitted to Microsoft through this Windows reporting feature.
