Update on the trademark thing
News article

John Gotts, the one person from InboxCop, Inc. I know, asked to me to correct this. It is Howard R Goff, the owner of the domain spybot.com, who applied for registration of the trademark "Spybot", not InboxCop, Inc..
Of course, when I mailed this Howard R Goff guy, the person who answered back was John Gotts, so I assume that John Gotts, owner of inboxcop.com is working in full compliance with Howard R Goff.

As he accuses me of doing damages by stating that InBoxCop, Inc. registered the trademark, I will quote from a mail I got from John Gotts (john@inboxcop.com - note that he is writing from an official InboxCop, Inc. address):
"we have owned the domain spybot.com for years and we have as of last week registered for the trademark in the U.S., which will prevent anyone from using the name for the purpose of anti-spy software."
I guess it's fairly safe to assume that Howard R Goff is associated with InboxCop, Inc. in some closer relationship if John Gotts is using we all over his emails.
