Warranty

SNL has endeavoured to ensure that the software does not contain any backdoors or content to intentionally harm the customer. SNL does not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet customer's requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. SNL warrants that during the warranty period, software, when properly installed and used, will substantially conform to the functional specifications furnished with the software. The warranty period is 90 days commencing on the 15th day from the date of delivery or upon installation, whichever first occurs. The customer must notify SNL in writing of any non-conformity within the warranty period and provide SNL with all available information in written and/or electronic form to enable SNL to reproduce the non-conformity.

This warranty shall not be valid if software has been subject to misuse, unauthorised modification or installation.

As its sole obligation, SNL shall undertake reasonable commercial efforts to correct the non-conformity reported to SNL during the warranty period. SNL liability and the customer'S sole remedy with respect to breach of the foregoing limited warranty shall be limited to error correction or product replacement. If, in SNL's sole opinion, neither error correction nor product replacement is commercially feasible, SNL shall refund the money received from the customer, provided the customer has otherwise complied with this agreement.

The warranties set forth in this section are exclusive. Neither SNL nor its customers make any other warranties, express, implied, or statutory, with respect to software or other material provided under this agreement. SNL and its customers specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

These limits do not supersede your statutory rights. For products purchased on this site, except for claims of personal injury or death, the maximum liability of SNL shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. SNL shall not be liable for any losses except those losses which are a foreseeable consequence.

Irish Customers

If you purchased any SNL product in Ireland from this website, any contract between us will be governed by Irish law and the courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language. This contract is concluded when first the checkbox next to the statement "I have read and consent to the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy" on the order page is checked and you press the "Submit order" button.
