Reading an article about download managers in a German computer magazine, I came to the idea of reviewing them not only for comfort and features, but also looking for adware and spyware. Over four days, I installed and tested 13 different download managers and wrote this review. If the acceptance of this article is good, I'll make a series out of it and continue with a review of file sharing applications.
